Shipment Delivery Methods:

• via a international courier company to the address indicated in the order.

All shipments sent via a courier company are insured. Please check the contents of the shipment upon receipt in the presence of the courier. In the event of damage or defects, please draw up a damage report, which will be an important document deciding whether the complaint can be accepted. 

Delivery costs within EU:

• For orders over EUR 180 in EU, delivery is free.
• When ordering up to EUR 180, the delivery costs are EUR 25.
